Roseate spoonbills are one of my favorite pink water fowl. Gloriously flamboyant and rosey-feathered, this spoonbill doesn’t mind your gaze, she looks beautifully framed among the lush, dark greens surrounding her perch. Her claws cling to a felled branch, perhaps in a pose readying to take off.
